Key Responsibilities:

• 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to placing them in roles and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Business Development: Identify and engage new clients through networking, cold-calling, and building lasting relationships with companies in our sectors.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and strategies to identify top candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their fit for client roles.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Offer Management: Negotiate and manage offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful placement process.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.

Qualifications:

• A strong desire to work in 360 recruitment, managing both client and candidate sides.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
